Does anyone know the setlist to Elvis Costello’s set tonight in Syracuse, NY? I want to know the name of his new song which he dared politicians to sing, someday.

Elvis Costello played for 45 mins-1 hour.

Amos Lee promptly at 7:05 for six or seven song set, EC done by 8:30 and Dylan is on before 9:00.
No collaboration. The Elvis Costello set was personable, engaged and rewarding (typiclly excellent): sing along for Bonus fun!
The Dylan show was good, building (not fading away). Highlights included Rollin and Tumblin and Highway 61…also a fifties country swing thing I didn’t know.

The first corporate Commemoration of the Woodstock music festival was at Saugerties in ‘94. There was some hell broke loose at that event, including looting and burned food booth. Woodstock ‘99 in Rome, NY was a bigger debacle (according to press reports, I wasn’t there)… Elvis Costello was on that show… the ‘94 show included Nile Rodgers and the Neville Brothers… Main Stage highlight was NIN, followed by the reliable Aerosmith set.

It was ‘99. I was there–working and had to walk after the chili peppers.

Does anyone know how long Elvis Costello plays before Bob Dylan comes on stage?

Does anyone know if Bob Dylan will come to the LA area?

Well you guys know about the Hold Steady/Art Brut tour, right?

bukowski | 8/21/2007, 2:28 pm EST

There was no Woodstock ‘96. There was a Woodstock ‘94 commemorating 25th anniversary of the original Woodstock of 1969. And there was Woodstock ‘99, commemorating 30 years since the original show. And ‘99 IS the concert where all hell broke loose.

Wasnt it Woodstock ‘96 when people went apeshit? Def. wasnt ‘99.
