remind amy winehouse that drinking and touring don’t mix after about the age 25 - drinking even on your day off can lower your resistance enough to allow you to catch a cold from your bass player - for example - who gave it to you through your catering ice…

you can get away with playing drunk if you play one show per week or month (which i plan on doing if/when i get a band together) but drinking and performing everyday just don’t cut it - it’s all about moderation, lots of sleep, healthy food and exercise…
