Are you a crazed Elvis fan who also promotes concerts and has unlimited financial resources? Awesome. This seventy-acre Tennessee farm can be yours for a little less than $4 million. Elvis purchased the property — which is up for sale on eBay and includes a rustic cabin, hay fields, ponds, a barn and livestock — in 1974 and sold it shortly before he died. Though the property is a totally unspoiled working farm, the plan is to sell it to someone looking to capitalize on the spot’s commercial prospects. “The property would make an ideal corporate retreat, gated community with exclusive homes, golf course, concert venue or vacation property,” the ad enthuses. “The natural contour of the acreage would make this farm especially ideal for a concert venue. It goes without saying that the historic aspects of this farm would make the marketing of a concert venue unlimited and in a league of its own.”
