Good show!

I like Common, but I don’t think he has a classic emcee voice like all the greats. Plus he almost ruined a brilliant Pete Rock beat (The Bitch In You) with a silly diss of Ice Cube

So I guess Rolling Stone doesn’t care what its readership likes – or dislikes?

A few weeks ago, there was a massive outcry about how NO ONE LIKES THESE VIDEO REVIEWS and – oh! look at that. more video reviews. Get back to doing your fucking job – making the best music magazine on the market. Stop spending all your time on gossip rag nonsense and focus on the music. What happened massive numbers of reviews a week? Great, you put the Spoon and Pumpkins reviews up. What about the other albums that have come out in the last month?

I live for New Music Tuesdays; love the videos.

Rolling stone calling it down the middle as always… I actually really like “Mr. Goodnight” from Prince and don’t so much like “Guitar” but to each his own. We’re all Prince fans-some just don’t know it yet.
As for Common, I really like his new song but haven’t heard the CD yet but I think I will get it.

Prince is a god!

Prince new albums are better then present artists best albums!!

aboutaso | 7/31/2007, 5:40 pm EST

I loved Mr. Goodnight too, even though you could hear him pause a lot.

Nice little review, wish it was longer. I love Prince. What about Crowded House? Isn’t their album worthy of a review? Or do you have to make room for albums by Kelly Clarkson and K-Fed instead?

wheres the crowded house review? and silverchair?

get with it!

Wiht Musicoly, 3121 and now Planeth Earth, Prince produce best three set records since Parade, Sign’o the times and the greatest Lovesexy. The Last one, Planeth have some great song, particularly “The one U wanna C” this frizzly guitar whit a country style is amazing et sound like R.E.M. Orange crush. Bet on it, it will be first #1 chart single for Prince since a decade.

after one and and a half months, Rolling Stone finally updates the written reviews…with albums that came out weeks ago. Good job Rolling Stone. Do you WANT people to read your magazine?

This is fun. Especially when watching on an iPhone. Ignore grouchy posts, RS staff really are smart and fun to watch. RS, please do not give this up this podcast, it’s very entertaining and informative. I like it.

How about those motion graphics? Yes, that NMT wave. It’s not the Super Bowl, its rock and roll.
