How can anyone be surprised at a guy who spent the late 80s carrying a bottle of Jack Daniels did a few things that aren’t on the up and up? He was in a band with a wife beater (Axl) and a guy whose pancreas was combustible (Duff). A stolen guitar isn’t really that bad.
