I liked the Beatles, and Paul McCartney and John Lennon - I grew up with their music. It’s sad to see Paul get taken to the cleaners by a four year marriage to someone who really never loved him, only the coins in his pocket. The prenup is the only way to go - gold-digging whores abound. However, I’ve fallen victim myself a decade and a half ago. I was only married for two weeks when the old lady said to me, “I’m not going out of this with nothing!” So I asked her what she wanted? $50,000 was her answer - damn, that was an expensive lay! I looked at her and said, “ah, dear, my house is a partnership between me and the bank, and right now, I’m the minority stock holder - better name another figure!” Got her down to $500, an old 17” Sony color tv (non-remote) set, and an old Emerson VHS vcr. As it was, she was too cheap to get a (lucky for me) lawyer - I ended up having to give her mine before the referee would continue! When I drove her back home with the $500 cash in her fist, she had me stop at a grocery store to buy four cartons of smokes…“what a waste” I thought! A week after our divorce, she calls me on the phone and asks me how to use the remote? Heh, heh, heh…what a stupid b#tch! - Andrew, MALL727net -

If Paul McCartney tours let’s pray he doesn’t sing any songs from Memory Almost Full…..bloody awful album. I wonder who Lady McCartney the 3rd will be? Pauly sure likes those wet, wild and wicked birds. Pauly can afford cases of penicilin. ahahahahha!!!

Great news about divorce settlement
If he tours will he be coming to NZ

Sue | 7/25/2007, 11:35 am EST

McCartney has reportedly said that he can’t tour until the divorce thing is settled. If he settles with Heather, he will tour early next year.

You Know? | 7/24/2007, 11:44 pm EST

Rhianna needs to realize that Umbrella only has TWO syllables.

WTF Rolling Stone….

First the Led Zeppelin reunion you reported earlier this year, (which was proven false in the following few days) and now the Yardbirds reunion which you supposedly broke as an “exclusive” is false as well?

You guys might want to start getting more than one source to back up your stories…..In the past few years your magazine has taken a serious downturn in terms of quality and reliability, and this kind of reporting is not helping….

Umbrella is annoying.

Finally this shit with Paul is over. I hope he does end up touring in the US.

Brien Comerford | 7/23/2007, 11:39 am EST

Paul McCartney should tour and Jeff Beck should be his opening act. They are very good friends and fellow vegetarians. Beatles’ fans would love Jeff Beck’s instrumental version of “A Day In The Life”. Guitar playing par excellance.

Hey Paulie, set up Heather on a date with Phil Spector. Problem solved.

Kyle | 7/23/2007, 10:41 am EST
