Phil Spector isn’t a danger to society, he is an old rich man that people want to take advantage of. He’s innocent. And I hope those jurors realize it.

Dr Lee is taking the easy way out by saying he will be in China. The more I see him at trials the more I wonder if he is nearly as good as he says. His testimony in the OJ trial was a joke he didn’t want to discuss after the verdict. His testimony in the Staircase Trial was so obsurd it was ignored by the Jurors. Now he’s caught taking evidence from a crime scene….integrity should be the #1 requirement for experts.

It appears to me that most of the defenses witnesses are unreliable and can’t keep their stories straight….If Spector didn’t have anything to do with Lanas demise….Why did he say I think I just killed someone and why didn’t he call 911 immediately…I really believe he tried to wash up before the police came….Paniced NO Guilty YES !!!

This isn’t the O.J. trial. Phil Spector is an old scared burned-out man who probably didn’t kill this woman, but feels responsible because she was in his home when she pulled the trigger on herself. Wealthy, gullible people can get set up so easily. I’ll bet Lana Clarkson’s relatives are lining up for a civil suit once this trial concludes, so they can rape and pillage Spector’s estate. I really don’t think of any of us know the true story, so let’s stop speculating.

Phil Spector is a known violent man towards woman ..and his children. He is a heavy drinker and misuses the prescription drugs he is prescribed ! I believe he killed Lana Clarkson and hope he goes to prison for the remainder of what is left of his life. Being in prison he will have to think every day about the life he took. The death penalty would be his easy way out.

It looks as if Spector did cause the death of Lana Clarkson. I look at Spector with a level of pity because of his mental irregularities (Bi-Polar). I can understand the position he’s in, and a lot of the fault can be held by his so called friends. A real friend would’ve stood up to him with the facts of his mental delusions, and helped him pull away from an interest (guns) that don’t belong with anyone who copes with mental illness. Spector’s money will now be bilked by attorney’s, and what’s left will go to Lana’s family via civil judgement. We may be surprised with the juries verdict, our society is bizarre.

Please, anyone with half a brain can see what happened here. Spector was out on one of his drunken, coke-laced binges around town and he sees this hot blonde waitress at one of the bars he hits. So, he decides that he wants to bed her down and starts hitting on her. The woman, a still-hot former actress down on her luck and wanting badly to get back into the business, normally wouldn’t give a rumpled creep like this the time of day. But since, hey, it’s PHIL SPECTOR, she figures that if she humors him a bit, maybe he can use his “connections” to revive her stagnant career. So, she consents to go with him back to his house, ostensibly for a friendly drink. When they get there, it soon becomes quite apparent that Spector wants sex, not conversation. She’s quite understandably not interested and gets ready to leave. Spector, pencil-dicked a$$hole that he is, then does what he habitually does when he’s drunk and women turn him down: He whips out a pistol and starts threatening her. “Hey, don’t you know I’m PHIL SPECTOR??? Dime-a-dozen tramps like you don’t turn ME down! You’d better get down on your knees right now or I’ll blow your f**king head off!!!” Only this time, the gun went off and the woman was killed. This miserable little prick deserves to spend the rest of his life in jail. I pray that he’s convicted.

Or, is this exactly the reason why she takes drug cases?How can Judge Fidler say she has more credibility than Dr. Henry Lee when he, Judge Fidler, knows that she was married to an International Ecstasy dealer who is still wanted?
