The Phil Spector Trial: We Watch Court TV So You Don’t Have To

WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY?
The battle between prosecutor Alan Jackson and forensic pathologist Vincent DiMaio, the defense’s first witness, raged on for the second consecutive day. DiMaio — who previously claimed Lana Clarkson contemplated suicide based on her use of antidepressants and the fact that she was unsuccessful and forty years old in youth-obsessed Hollywood — admitted after constant questioning that Clarkson was taking the drugs for headaches and that she was not, in fact, depressed. Despite his insistence that Clarkson’s death wasn’t murder, DiMaio had no answer when asked why Spector didn’t call 911 for the entire forty minutes between Clarkson’s death and the arrival of the police.

IS THIS GOOD OR BAD FOR SPECTOR?
Bad. In the defense’s first attempt to generate reasonable doubt, Alan Jackson exposed DiMaio to be a biased witness, rendering all his suicide theories moot.

HAIR & WARDROBE UPDATE:
Spector was dressed like he was going to a job interview: navy-blue suit, white shirt and a red tie.

spector is eff’ed. you can only pull your gun out so many times before it fires. i feel bad for the guy and i love his music, but he probably killed an innocent women. it was probably an irresponsible act by an over-indulged, irresponsible man that resulted in homicide. poor fucker. his whole legacy is tainted and a poor innocent women is dead. what a tragedy for everyone.

So far the evidence is overwhelingly against Spector. Spectors first expert witness actually helped the prosecution in my view.

Spector’s screwed because he has no reasonable explaination for what happened. Suicide? Hardly. He admitted what happened when he said”I think I killed someone”

I think this is rediculous because of how people are taking it. A gang member gets shot and killed in the streets and they don’t hold a trial for him/her accused killer. They send them right to hell basicly. I think Phil didn’t do it becuase I know him personally and know that he would never kill anyone, even when drunk. That bitch did it her self because she wanted to ruin his life, I bet you anything that is what happen. This world is going to shit because what people get off on now-a-days…..

Well Phil is a good example of what happens to a mind,when money and power get’s bigger than the power of the mind.His only way to have a women was to control them. Lana said NO, He said “GO” He’s going down for the count.

did you Not understand what i said? I said he alway’s was one to show off his evil anger, however “not everyone” seen that. And YES i watch court t.v. everyday. I know people well enough to Know that he is picturing the murder everyday of the court proceeding.

I’m sad for spector , because he is very intelligent , but he’s a killer too .
