Phil Spector has snakes in his head.

Spector’s such a nut case. This will make it hard to establish his guilt; because he’s done so many crazy things… threatened people with guns, beaten women, etc… but never killed anyone; and THAT’S what he’s being tried for. The defense can make a case of “Well, look at all the other times he did something crazy, but he NEVER killed anyone. If his crazy behavior didn’t prove anything before; how can it do so now?

DR Lee said that since the police were already at the crimes scene, he feels there was never any evidence left behind when the CSI people left. Thus, Sara Kaplan was mistaken when she said she saw Dr Lee put a white object, looking like a nail in a small jar.
Why then would the defence pay him to go over the scene after CSI left?
Dr Lee is an expert because he finds evidence that CSI leaves behind!!

He didn’t do it. This is how it really happened:

Clarkson’s career was stagnant and she saw an opportunity with Phil Spector. So, she went home with him. When she wanted to leave, Phil stopped her and brandished a gun. Scared, Lana did everything he asked. She willingly opened her mouth as the gun was inserted. As her fear of losing her life increased she began to resist his efforts to keep her there. In her struggles she accidentally fired the gun with her fingers. This explains why Spector came outside to his driver puzzled and stated “I think I killed someone”. He didn’t purposefully kill her. She died by her own hand in a struggle. Any sane person on the jury has to be able to see this! He won’t be found guilty. I promise!

Phil Spector is NOT GUILTY. I suppose it’s an accident or a suicide. I’m sorry for the friends and family of Lana Clarkson but I don’t want an innocent person going in prison. Love U 4 ever Phil Spector.
