Music is naturally quite relaxing. And I tend to enjoy most kinds of music. Some composers make music that hurts my ears when I use headphones. All in all, I think I love music. Very much so!

He is as guilty as OJ and Micheal Jackson and Robert Blake but for some reason In Calfi if your a famous MALE you can get away with murder

“Innocent until proved guilty”, that’s the way it is or has to be in democratic countries. Phil Spector is a music genius, not a criminel. I love his songs, his talent, his ‘Wall of Sound” and I hope he will go home as a free man and wanna wish him good luck.

He’s innocent until proven guilty IN A COURT OF LAW. As spectators of the trial…we can listen to the evidence and come to our own conclusions. We are not bound by IUPG like the jury is.

Open your ears, if you can get past the Wall of Sound and LISTEN to the evidence.

You may be very enlightened unless you can’t hear the forest through the “Wall.”

I don’t care how talented someone is or is perceived to be…if you commit a crime like murder, you belong in the slammer. From what we’ve heard so far…I’m convinced he is guilty as charged. I’ll wait and listen to any other REAL evidence that is presented by the defense to see if they can change my mind, but at this point I’m voting GUILTY.

As Lana was one of my dearest friends, who was kind, loving, and extraordinary, I would simply like to say this. THERE IS NO WAY THAT MY FRIEND KILLED HERSELF. No one in the history of suicide has held a gun AWAY from their face in order to kill themself. NEVER. Certainly NOT a beautiful woman full of life and laughter who loved life more than anyone I know. Unfortunately, she , just as many of us , did not realize what a sadistic, failure as a human being is Phil Spector. I am just wondering why EVERYONE, particularly famous men who have been held at gunpoint by this disgusting excuse for a human being have not been subpeoned to testify. For all of the hundreds of people who love my Lana, so will he carry that energy for the rest of his miserable life. Defense, Prosecution….DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

Just google his good friends and they will tell you what a wonderful person Phil is.

She purchased several shoes the day before. She told the driver”just one drink”. She had her purse on her shoulder…she was ready to leave…Somethink Phil Hates. He did not call 911 for sometime after. Hey…anyone can go out and kill someone in the summer sun in front of everyone. But according to our system…”Innocent” until proven guilty is just what they will get to plea. Just connect the dots…guilty as charged.

Spector’s retrial is scheduled for next month. Hopefully justice will be served this time and this murderer sentenced to spend the rest of his life in prison.
