Ashley Iced Tea is named after Ashley from Crush Management. She actually was the one doing a lot of the work to get the bar open.

Ashley Iced Tea is for sure named after Ashley from Crush, not Ashlee Simpson, and indeed she was doing a great deal of the Angels and Kings opening day work. I am very proud of her for getting a drink named after her and hope that one day I can achieve such greatness.
