Cats can legally get stoned, why can’t we?

We have 7 cats and we grow catnip in our backyard. When we bring it in they all fight over it, the alpha male tries to hog it but we spread it out to make sure all the cats can get stoned. And what you saw in the video is exactly what happens. They flop around, roll, play, or some get really paranoid.
