Eve Arrested In Hollywood, Cam’ron Apologizes, Interpol Name New Album

4/26/07, 3:14 pm EST

Eve

  • Eve was arrested early this morning in Hollywood after crashing her gold Maserati on Hollywood Boulevard. She was driving through Hollywood around 2:45 in the morning when she struck the center divider and was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. She was released after she posted bail.
  • Everyone wants to work with Amy Winehouse. The troubled soul diva may appear on the new Babyshambles album (Winehouse + Doherty = combustible combination). “(It) is wicked,” the songstress said of Jay-Z’s attention. “I’m flattered that the liked (the song) enough to do something with it.”
  • Cam’Ron has both clarified and apologized for the controversial anti-snitching comments he made to Anderson Cooper on 60 Minutes. “Where I come from, once word gets out that you’ve cooperated with the police that only makes you a bigger target of criminal violence,” the rapper explained. “That is a dark reality in so many neighborhoods like mine across America. I’m not saying it’s right, but it’s reality.” He went on to say that he didn’t mean to offend people with his statements. “Looking back now, I can see how those comments could be viewed as offensive, especially to those who have suffered their own personal tragedies or to those who put their lives on the line to protect our citizens from crime. Please understand that I was expressing my own personal frustration at my own personal circumstances. I in no way was intending to be malicious or harmful. I apologize deeply for this error in judgment.”
  • Check out John Cale’s cover of LCD Soundsystem’s “All My Friends.”
  • Interpol are calling their new album, out July 10th, Our Love To Admire. Tracklist after the jump.

Here is the track list for “Our Love To Admire”:

Even though Eve has been expanding her superstardom over on Sunset Blvd.(movie and TV wise),she’s still a dynamic, defining figure in the rap game.Stop using her recent misfortune to ridicule her success.

Jokesters(smirks ).
