Just take a look at the content of the solutionsbackwardsinitiative.c om/pilgims site. It’s awash in quantum physics talk because they’re physicists! There is discussion and references about the project everywhere. Not to mention the eerie looping live chat session documenting their one successful attempt at sending information back, ending in most or all of them apparently being caught by the authorities.

It’s not just some IRC channel or other “means for the people of the future to catalog and spread banned art.”

Hopefully readers will visit the sites themselves and grok it better than you seem to have.
