- In a move that will cripple, or at least maim, the multitude of teenaged idiots who watch “Jackass” religiously, MTV is considering allowing people to post video clips of their own shows on YouTube. We’re guessing the show’s tagline will be: “Try this at home, but don’t sue us if you die.”
- Listen to a new song by the no-longer-extinct Dinosaur Jr.
- Swedish indie trio Peter Bjorn and John have announced their U.S. tour. Underaged fans and those unable to get tickets will have to make due with PB & J sandwiches. (Though we’ve always preferred fluffer-nutters.)
- Noisy industrial rockers Throbbing Gristle will release their first album in 25 years. Meanwhile, the New Pornographers will release their first album since 2005. What are you more stoked about?
