Amazingly, this E*Trade commercial manages to take one groaner of a joke (the man literally has “money out the wazoo” — you don’t really need us to explain that one to you, do ya?), and through sheer repetition make it funny (a comic strategy that didn’t work out so well for Pauly Shore, unfortunately). Juxtaposing the seriousness of E.R. doctors with an anal ATM doesn’t hurt…well, other than for the patient.
