We like Rob Zombie better as a director of B-movie horror flicks than as a singer. No offense to the Beavis and Butthead-loving fans of White Zombie, but The Devil’s Rejects and House of 1,000 Corpses are way better than "Dragula" and "More Human Than Human."
Zombie is currently working on a prequel to John Carpenter’s 1978 horror classic, Halloween. The film will focus on the relationship between a ten-year-old Mike Myers and Dr. Samuel Loomis, who was brilliantly played in the original by Donald Pleasence.
In post of his MySpace blog, Zombie has announced that he has cast Malcolm McDowell (A Clockwork Orange, Caligula) in the role of a younger Dr. Loomis. This is great casting and will surely get horror fans salivating at the mouth.
