- Jacko is about to get wacko in Sin City! There are also rumors flying that the King of Pop will try to resurrect his career with an all out Vegas show. This is perfect since Las Vegas is such a child friendly destination. Uh. Yeah. Ill. Anyway, Jackson is suing his old account for taking $2.5 Million out of his account and mishandling the money without his permission.
- Is Johnny Depp really considering taking on the role of Freddie Mercury in an upcoming biopic of the Queen frontman, as The Independent is reporting? Me thinks this just wishful thinking by some film producers.
- The Babyshambles’ Pete Doherty and The Pogue’s Shane MacGowan have been photographed together in the buff. What would you rather see, these two substance-abusing men pictured in the nude or Pete’s girlfriend (That would be Kate Moss) posing naked? Hmm.
- The Sean John fashion label has got to be more embarrassed than when their CEO raps. It seems that Diddy’s clothing company put out two hooded jackets that were labeled as "raccoon fur," advertised as faux fur, but really made from dogs. The products have been pulled from stores, given a treat and rubbed behind the ear.
- The Middle East is about to explode with some heavy metal. Incubus , Iron Maiden, Mastodon, Stone Sour and The Prodigy have signed on to perform at the Desert Rock 2007 festival, scheduled to take place on March 9th and 10th at the Dubai Country Club in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
- And let’s say a happy birthday today to Chris Daughtry (27), Abdul "Duke" Fakir of The Four Tops (71), Jared Leto (35), James Mercer of The Shins (36), Lars Ulrich of Metallica (43), and Phil Spector (66). Now imagine all these people in the same room.
