Rolling Stone Exclusive: The Fall Slay NYC With New Material

12/18/06, 1:36 pm EST

the fall

Anyway who saw or heard about the Fall’s sets at this year’s CMJ know that they were insane. This clip — in which the band performs “Scenario” off their new album Reformation Post T.L.C (out March 27th on Narnack Records) is from the band’s Hiro Ballroom show. The performance was so intense that it inspired the band to include all (or much) of it on a live DVD set which accompanies the new record. Check out the footage here. Then start saving up for tickets to the band’s spring U.S. tour, which will likely happen in April, and will certainly be awesome.

Cannot wait for the full gig on DVD. This is a must buy album in 2007 and a band that everyone who likes real music must see live. Long live Mark E Smith.
