i would just like to say that my chemical romance are the most amazing band in the history of rock. Their music, lyrics, every single word said touches me in the most amazing way. Your music is my key to life, it opens every door that i face, and without it i would be a total wreck. You make the hard times go away when nobody could. And i would also like to say that i have recently lost someone i love very much to cancer, and every time i hear the song cancer, it brings me to tears. I love that song and would have to be my favorite song of all time. You are so talented, and to make so many people understand they are not alone and always have something to escape to is truly amazing.

I think the fans that say they loved the old My Chem and hate the new stuff off the Black Parade can’t call themselves lovers of the band. Everyone changes, this band may not still be the same band you used to love, but get over it. They’re awesome and their music is changing of course, nearly every band does, especially since My Chem has only been around for like 6 or 7 years. People who only like the old My Chem and still have the guts to call themselves fans are lame.

I liked My Chem when they first started. Their new album is terrible and now they’ve all turned into fakes. Tragic, its what happens to them all. Everyone makes this band over-rated and scene. They’re not God’s, they have lives and they really don’t care what any one says anymore. They get labeld ‘emo’ and have strange uniforms that make them look like atention seekers. Oh, it seems that I’m back

These 5 incredible men have not saved my life, but that is only because I’ve never been on the verge of suicide, and thanks to them, I never will be. MCR has opened up a new world to me, that’s always been there. I just couldn’t see it. But they broke down the wall separating it from me, and it is where I live now. Gerard taught me that I’m beautiful, no matter my size, Frank taught me that it is possible to get high off Skittles, Bob taught me to love cats, Ray taught me that white guys can have cool poofy afros, Mikey taught me to never stick forks in turned on toasters, but most of all, MCR taught me to be myself and not take anyone’s shit. At one of their shows a boy in the back was wearing a shirt he had spent the time to make that said “MCR saved my life” and Gerard stopped the show and brought that young man up to the front and read his shirt out to everyone and said “this is the REAL MCR FAN and this is what we are looking for!” and right when i saw that i knew they were a band that cared for everyone of their fans . so please do not give out information about something that you know absolutly nothing about. Gerard Way has inspired me in so many ways. I had a hard time this year I would slit my wrist and one day I read an interview with Gerard that said “When we first started out I had a really big issue and a lot of my loved ones had a really big issue with the fact that I was totally in pain up there and there was a time when I tried to hurt myself off stage, but I got over that. Like, you should never want to hurt yourself. You should love yourself. Sometimes you have to kind of die inside in order to rise from your own ashes and believe in yourself and love yourself and become a new person and I think that that is going to be a lot of what the next record is about, not to plug it or anything. Like, it’s going to talk about dying and coming back to become what you totally want to become. We are all becoming what we want to become.” After I read this I started to think that explained my life perfectly and i am clean I havent done drugs or slit my writs since that day. Unless I’m wrong (and I’m NEVER wrong) MCR is an excellent band. Haters just like to hear themselves talk. Makes them feel important and oh so smart. Not eveyone likes everything.
