Defininitely the funniest movie of the year. I haven’t laughed that hard since the first time I saw Airplane. Granted, that was 10 years ago, but still.

will it come out on dvd?

Let’s be honest: this is not Cohen’s first out of character interview. That came on the Daily Show circa 2002, although most of the interview is in Ali G’s voice. See for yourself on youtube.

how about posting the preview sometime. we’re waaaaiiiiiting.

First they advertised it as his “FIRST” interview out of character, now it’s only his “first MAJOR” interview of that sort.

I guess the Daily Show and the David Letterman Show aren’t MAJOR properties, huh? Let’s be honest, RollingStone magazine is often really factually inaccurate and untrustworthy for any information except finding out who’s cool to vote for. RS needs to stick to giving the next Mick Jagger CD another 5-stars and finding out new and innovative ways of making fun of George Bush–leave the hard hitting journalism alone. Cohen’s fit to interview Noam Chomsky, but you ain’t fit to interview him, RS.

That was by far the funniest movie of the decade so far, Idiocracy is the only movie this year that even came close to making me laugh that hard.

Jack D | 11/15/2006, 12:00 pm EST

Borat is funny, but Ali G is hilarious.

Big Bob | 11/15/2006, 12:22 pm EST

Lets be fair…this is his first major interview while promoting the borat movie that he has appeared out of character. you guys are referencing interview that took place years ago. plus, adam, his daily show interview wasn’t in ali g’s voice, sacha is british

Everyone who takes this to heart is should go get a box of tissue and give mommy a hug. This movie was flat out one of most comical ever made. If you have a problem with it then simply dont see it and save your tears for the next issue you wanna gripe about.

J Walker | 11/16/2006, 8:28 am EST

Ali G and Borat are genius but dont over look Bruno, so funny! Cant wait for his next character..

Shawn | 11/16/2006, 10:33 am EST

This movie was very funny. I know for a fact some of it was staged but I look at this movie for entertainment purposes only. I already knew there were bigots and racists people in America. Borat didn’t have to tell me that. Take the movie for what it is, a very funny original movie.
