Stupid people think Borat is stupid. People who have never heard of Jonathan Swift, or Satire; people who can’t recognize the inherent talent and quick-wit it takes to think on your feet to expose the subconscious workings of the western world; people who don’t know how hard it is to consistently stay in character for hours on end. Oh, and Jon Stewart had sex with your Mom. I have it on film.

Characters like Borat help to relieve the ridiculous sensitivity of our country as it applies to anything having a racial connotation. The best way to show up all those whiners is to make fun and expose all races. Making fun of races is not being racist. Hanging a black man from a tree in the deep south in the 60’s is racist. Imprisoning Japanese Americans in US concentration camps during WWII is racist. Exposing all races for their hangups and imperfections is really, really funny. He says what we want to say but fear backlash from those to sensitive to see the humor.
