Pete apparently shot the first advertising campaign for his new fashion line with Manchester-based label Gio-Goi. Back in the early 90s everyone from Primal Scream to Oasis to the Stones wore Goi-Goi, and now the label is looking at Pete to put it back on the frontlines of rockstar fashion. “Peter looks fantastic as a model. We are very excited,” label co-founder Anthony Donnelly apparently told Reuters. “We look forward to having Pete’s influence as a rock icon in the design process.” We’re looking forward to Kate teaching Pete how to pose, cuz in this shot he looks like he’s modeling for Structure and pondering his next fix. Like Tyra says on America’s Next Top Model, “You have to model through it.”

“…from Primal Scream to the Oasis to the…” The Oasis? It’s just Oasis.
I’m glad Pete’s getting clean and this will be a good project for him.

“I’m glad Pete’s getting clean”? I’ve seen cleaner dunnies in a crackhouse. The bloke is still running around as loaded as a gun and barely knows what day it is. Clean?! My how we laughed.

Time to update the graphic! Pete was arrested over the weekend for possession, and is now out on bail.
(sigh)

sadly, the Pete Doherty Ticker needs to be updated. Also, it should read from STONE ROSES and JOY DIVISION to PRIMAL SCREAM and OASIS

A friend of mine filmed pete on his camera phone. He used to live just down the road from me in shoreditch. Infact we had the same landlord. You can see the film at http://www.musicphotographer.biz

Pete Doherty é a minha obsessão!
Haverá melhores músicas que as dele?
Impossível! As músicas dele são únicas, completamente diferentes.

this guy rules. he is decent looking, has songs that will never impact popular music or rock and roll history, and he has a massive drug problem! and he’s cute!
