A lot of magazines gave Sam’s Town good reviews and most customer and/or fan reviews have been really good/great. Rolling Stone’s reviewer’s review was so pretentious that I don’t even really count it. Rolling Stone isn’t the end all and be all of Rock and Roll. You guys should stick to the important celeb stories like K-Fed’s Halloween party and Madonna’s adoption, that what you’re good at, and the reason I didn’t extend my subscription.

i dont understand why sams town has taken so much bashing. sure, hot fuss was a hell of a lot better, and this one has been hyped to high heaven, but its still better than 90% of the garbage rolling stone reviews. there are still some awesome songs on there. i wouldnt have minded if they had made a record that sounded exactly like hot fuss, but thats clearly not what they wanted.

YOU GUYS HAVE LOST YOUR WAY. Maybe you should turn your attention back to music, cause Coldplay’s X and Y and The Killers Sam’s Town are two of the best albums in the past five years.
