BIT: The robe is one thing, but you can’t put a price on The Dude’s rug, man.

We’re going to side with both of you and say that the infamous rug itself, what with its room-tying-together powers, is indeed priceless. We could imagine forking over actual dollars for the robe, but any amount of mere money is inferior to the worth of The Dude’s rug.
