Clip of the Day: Seven Minutes of Murder and Mayhem

10/13/06, 5:56 pm EST

Now that the real Friday the 13th is behind us, we’ve taking time to kick back, reflect and enjoy a powerful, nauseating, nonstop stream of gruesome violence. “James Avery,” if this video we showcase above really is your bloody work, you’re one sick puppy. Maybe even sicker than the dude who synched up Drowning Pool’s “Bodies” to Jason’s hatchet and chainsaw skills. Can you see past the guts and the horror and be impressed by a guy like Avery? EVERY kill from EVERY Friday the 13th? In seven minutes.

I got to #3 before gauging my eyes out

That was not bad!
A lot of killings from Jason Goes To Hell are missing, though.

Fun to see Kevin Bacon, Kelly Hu, Crispin Glover and Tony Goldwyn get killed all over again…

Jailbuild | 10/14/2006, 12:34 pm EST

That was quality, bring on the bodycount.

tinyjoker | 10/14/2006, 5:35 pm EST

Nice but i think the body count is higher, and next time how about extended clips?

jewjew | 10/14/2006, 8:00 pm EST

Death Sucks. I’m glad I’m invisible. Or is it invincible… words suck too.

BM | 10/14/2006, 10:42 pm EST

Wow, i never thought 160 kills in 7 minutes could be so damn boring.
Anyway, I think I could actually only see about 4 deaths, those movies are so dark.

MenteVapor | 10/15/2006, 10:55 am EST

I almost thought he skipped Jason X, but he decided to do it in chronological order according to the story line, not relative to when they were released. Interesting move but it may leave casual fans confused.

And as the poster before mentioned, there are kills from Jason Goes to Hell missing and why did he include the virtual campground from Jason X? That wasn’t a “kill.”

Otherwise, it was thoroughly enjoyable.

the so-called glorious experiment came to an inglorious end

Count Fantismo | 10/16/2006, 12:26 pm EST

The Count says “Violence is not the answer Mr. Jason.”. That is what he says.
