Madonna Adopting or Not, Ryan Adams Censors Fans?, Clap Your Hands Sophomore Album Out Soon

For crying out loud, did Madonna adopt or didn’t she? Whatever. We hope not-yet cuz we really like this image and would enjoy milking it for at least one Yes-She-Did post in the future.
Stereogum reports that the infamous Ryan Adams message board on RyanAdams.org has been shut down — at the request of the artist — after some objectionable ranting went down. If we shut down our blog every time one of you wrote something mean about us we’d never be up and running. Rockstars are such wimps. At least we still have our memories.
A live album recorded by Public Enemy in Helsinki, Finland, in 1999 is apparently being auctioned off.
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah planning to self-release their sophomore album in the U.S. (out early next year,) just like they did with their debut. Their philosophy? “The first one worked out nicely doing it that way, so there’s really been no discussion to even consider changing that arrangement,” said guitarist/keyboardist Lee Sargent.
