In the new Rolling Stone (Jack Nicholson cover; on sale Friday) Timbaland yawns and sez he’s bored with hip-hop. He wants to conquer the rock world next, mentioning Fall Out Boy and All-American Rejects as bands he’d like to work with, and even discusses projects with Bjork and MIA. With news breaking (via MySpace, where-freaking-else) that Timbaland’s favorite collaborator Justin Timberlake really might be working with Duran Duran on their new record, it seems the legendary producer is out to saturate every corner of the music industry with his influence.
