“Rock Star: Supernova” Band Gets New Name, Refuses to Lose

Rock Star: Supernova
C’mon, you know you want to be MySpace friends with the group formerly known as Supernova. After losing the rights to their name, the band that formed out of the TV show Rock Star: Supernova will now be know as … “Rock Star: Supernova.” We like that they’ve decided they want to stay true to their roots as a totally fabricated marketing construct — kudos, guys.

This is just sad. A sad, sad, sad, sad, sad thing. Tommy Lee and Gilby Clarke, I can see you shilling out for some corporate bucks. But Jason Newsted?! I thought you knew better. Oh wait. “Load” and “Reload.” Um … nevermind.

How about we don’t judge them untill they’ve released some music on cd?

I didn’t know that Gilby Clarke was still alive.

This album should be a real shitbomb.

Yes, let’s wait for the CD. You’re right. I could be wrong.

Oh, my comment below, if you wouldn’t mind copying it, saving it, then re-posting it the day after the CD comes out so I don’t have to do it, that would be great.
