  • It may not be as up-to-the-minute as that non-FDA approved Pete Townshend homing device, but it may be the next best thing: Starting Sept. 21, The Who will keep you informed on pretty much every aspect of their world tour on their very own Sirius Satellite channel.
  • Universal Records is accusing Youtube and Myspace of copyright infringement. We think they’re just jealous.
  • Beck’s constant touring schedule is making us really sleepy. (Not so bored, just kinda tired for him.)
  • The Stones, however, have the right idea: Two months off, one week on. Thank goodness for Keith and his crazy coconut tree!
  • We’d like to see Bill Gates and Steve Jobs in a nerdy edition of Celebrity Deathmatch. But for now we’ll have to settle for watching the iPod duke it out with Microsoft’s newly announced music player, the Zune.
  • The Killers have something new to brag about: Their upcoming tour sold out in five minutes. Dang!
  • Rufus Wainwright is helming a compilation of songs about the Biblical ten plagues of Egypt. We didn’t know he was religious!
