So we all know Paris was apparently arrested late last night for DUI. And she’s not exactly denying it (those photos are tough to spin) but in this hilarious phone call she placed to Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning she explains the circumstances:

Ryan: “Paris just to be clear there is no DUI charge for Paris Hilton?”
Paris: “They were really nice. It was cool.”

Umm … okay. Paris went onto explain that after shooting her new video for “Nothing in this World,” she went to dinner and a charity event, then, on her way home realized she was starving because she had not eaten all day – despite having just gone to dinner. “I was just really hungry and I wanted to have an In-N-Out burger,” she pouted. Our comment: none of your fans care if you were actually drunk, Paris. We’re drunk right now, and heading out for a spin in our Benz. Watch out 6th Avenue.
