After performing at the VMA’s last week, My Chemical Romance drummer Bob Bryar was hospitalized over the weekend thanks to complications from those mysterious burns he sustained several weeks ago during a video shoot. We still don’t really know what happened at the shoot (pyro! pyro!) but a source close to the band says a Staph infection was the culprit in this latest hospitalization. (Icky!) Doctors recommended he stay in the hospital over the weekend to receive antibiotics; the band celebrated his triumphant return by playing a wild show in Philly last night.
