As you probably heard, Axl Rose was arrested in Stockholm early yesterday morning for a drunken outburst at his hotel that involved him biting a security guard’s leg. The thoroughly-braided rock star was released from prison early this morning: apparently one of the things keeping him in jail was the fact that he wasn’t sober enough to be questioned. Rose will pay a fine (approximately $6,000), plus a grand or so to the guard he bit.

To believe Guns and Roses was or ever will be musically relevant is pretty laughable. The awfulness of hair-metal combined with the groan-enducing pretentiousness of Axl Rose combine to make one of the worst bands in history. How can anyone truly enjoy GnR in any way but ironically?

Guns N Roses is without a doubt, the greatest rock n roll band on the planet… and Chinese Democracy is the album the whole world is waiting for…We love Axl and his outburst the other day is one of the many reasons why! He’s the man, and when the new album comes out, GnR will win the world over once again!
