Who’s the guy behind that cool woodcut artwork on the website for Thom Yorke’s Eraser? None other than Radiohead’s favorite artist, Stanley Donwood, who has worked with the band on all of their album and poster artwork since the release of the My Iron Lung EP in 1994. Donwood is in fact a pseudonym for the writer and artist Dan Rickwood, who attended the University of Exeter with Thom Yorke. Rickwood’s newest exhibition, “London Views,” is on display at the Lazarides Gallery in London; the exhibit showcases the work that Yorke is using for The Eraser.

I think the Hail to theif Artwork is one of the best album covers ever made. It perfectly captures the condition of the nation while not drowning the message in Orwellian imagery.

Radiohead, is by far the most expressive Lithium rock to date. Ok Computer is a great release with the exception to the recording levels are a bit high and come off distorted and dirty. If intended to add color they missed.
