I pride myself in having a GREAT sense of humor! I used to think that the original "Producers" with Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder was the funniest movie I've ever seen, but My Cousin Vinny has taken over "first place" in my mind as the absolute champ of comedy movies. I've probably watched this flick about 25 times and it never fails to cause me to convulse in laughter and tears to roll down my cheeks. I don't know where to start, but most reviews don't even mention the fantastic role of the stuttering, inept Public Defender as played by the Steppenwolf actor/director, Austin Pendleton. The gags never stop, the cast is superb and I never cease to be amazed at the acting range of Joe Pesci.
