It starts when director Lars von Trier (Dogville) challenges a fellow Dane, Jorgen Leth, to remake Leth's 1967 short film The Perfect Human five times, each with an obstruction dictated by von Trier. In the first version, filmed in Cuba, Leth must make sure no shot runs longer than half a second. I won't tell more. But Leth is hypnotically unstoppable.
