Two shows in the summer of 2001, U2 Go Home captures the band's triumphant return to the beautifully gothic amphitheater outside Ireland's Slane Castle, where U2 recorded The Unforgettable Fire nearly two decades before. The shows also capped a megasuccessful tour for All That You Can't Leave Behind, and that album's joyous vibe lasts throughout the nineteen-song set. Aside from stripped-down versions of "Desire" and "Staring at the Sun," U2 present the songs in all their arena-rocking glory.
