This well-shot concert DVD finds Blige running through twenty-two bouncy hits such as "Real Love" and therapeutic love songs from a catalog as deep as almost any other neosoul sister's. With dancers and a live band in tow, Blige lays off the diva-isms enough to keep the set consistently engaging -- which can't be said for the so-so tour documentary that's the disc's only real extra.
