That the Ig's stunning physique is on full display in this 1999 concert is all well and sexy; it's the solemn invocation with which he begins the show that stuns his cheering fans into silence -- "It was in the winter of my fiftieth year when it hit me: I was really alone and there wasn't a hell of a lot of time left." Ig then rages through Stooges classics "No Fun" and "I Got a Right" with a raw power that can't be bought at a gym.
