Recorded in 2002 in London, In Tune and On Time documents what Shadow calls a "late-night cinematic experience." With video screens flashing everything from manic cityscapes to chain-saw-wielding animated figures, Shadow re-creates and redefines his beat-driven sound collages, mixing in unfamiliar spoken-word fragments, virtuosic scratching and a version of Handsome Boy Modeling School's "Holy Calamity."
