Cartoon Network's Adult Swim shows have all the sophistication of a Snickers bar in a kiddie pool, and Harvey Birdman is no exception. "Shaggy Busted" finds Harvey defending Scooby-Doo on a pot charge, and "The Dabba Don" is a Sopranos goof starring Fred Flintstone as Tony. The best piece of writing is the theme song (special to the DVD) by the late, great Wesley Willis.
