coed vocals and ultra-fey tunes, Camera Obscura are mightily indebted to their fellow Scots Belle and Sebastian. Shuffling between cheapo bossa novas and countrified folk, their second album gets by on delicate melodies and singer Tracyanne Campbell's heartfelt murmur. Not emo, exactly -- more like twee-mo.
