This Pussycat Dolls-style quartet of dancers-turned-divas ignore all standards of R&B primness, dropping f-bombs and delivering enough X-rated talk to make Lil' Kim proud. Girl-crunk jams like "Drink in My Cup" give producers The-Dream and Tricky Stewart a chance to work in the tradition of Prince's racy Eighties trio Vanity 6 ("Friend Lover" is especially indebted to the Purple Avenger). But if the girls are committed pussy-power evangelists, pseudofeminist feints like "W.F.Y." ("Y'all don't fuck us/Nigga, we fuck you") and "P Is for Power" are somewhat lacking in the most important "p" of all: personality.
