Having long ago ditched rap metal, these well-tatted NoCal guys make punk metal that's agonized but lean and mean, with plenty of nuance. Their fifth album tosses in some murky atmospherics, but the best stuff is the simplest -- namely shredders like "Crash" and "No More Secrets," which trade ginsu-sharp riffs.
