Breaking Benjamin's album is stronger than most radio-ready post-grunge records, but that's not saying much: They've added some atmospherics and a more seductive sound ("Breath"), but Phobia is still overrun with an oppressively dark guitar attack and mediocre angst-rock like "Evil Angel."
