Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum delivers remarks in front of the Supreme Court on the first day of oral arguments in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, aka "Obamacare," in Washington, DC. "If you really want Obamacare repealed," he told the crowd, "there's only one person who can make that happen." (He meant himself.) The high court, which has set aside six hours over three days, heard arguments over the constitutionality of the act beginning on March 26th, 2012.
