Pakistan: 40-to-50 Nukes a Year?

While the Iranians fiddle in the dark with their would-be atom-bomb program, Pakistan appears to be expanding its nuclear program, in broad daylight, building a new heavy-water reactor that could produce enough plutonium for the production of as many as 50 light, missile-mountable nukes every year.

This is grave cause for concern, especially given the repeated efforts by radical Islamists to off Pakistan's U.S. friendly dictator Pervez Musharraf.
