Running for Cover on TARP

In a moot but telling vote the House voted overwhelmingly and bi-partisanly 270-155 to block release of the second $350 billion worth of TARP funds.

Obama will still get the dough (the Senate already voted not to block the funds; a no vote from both bodies would have been required). But it's a sign that constituents across the spectrum see TARP as an expensive failure.
