Jon Stewart was unhappy to learn that Wikipedia would be blacking out its site for 24 hours in protest of the proposed Stop Online Piracy Act. "What do they expect us to do," he asked, "go to the library?!" Digging deeper into the issue, Stewart discovered that the lawmakers charged with creating and debating the legislation "have no f*&cking idea what this thing's about."
