Activist Court Overturns Century-Old Limits on Corporate Electioneering


In a shocking reversal of more than 100 years of precedent, the Supreme Court ruled this morning that money is a form of speech, and that corporations and unions are individuals under the constitution whose speech (expenditures) can not be limited in political campaigns. This is a dark, dark day.
